Permanent Closure of Vitality Chat Service
After numerous reports of inaccurate readings and strange responses, we have looked into the issue internally and have overall decided to close the Vitality Chat service permanently. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused, we are sending immediate refunds to all paying members of our premium subscription plan as well as working on creating and offering a new human-ran Live Chat service.
In the meantime, feel free to use resources provided. We have also issued an immediate recall of any Vitality Chat applications distributed for both use in business and home.
